Have you ever noticed that when a celebrity gets engaged or married, someone always says, “did you hear, so and so got engaged, that sucks”, like now all of a sudden she is off the market to guys like us? I found myself thinking this recently when I heard Natalie Portman is engaged and pregnant. In what universe was Natalie Portman ever an option for me? If anything, shouldn’t we all be happy that she is getting married and pregnant? Let’s be honest, we have a more realistic chance with a divorced, single mom, Natalie Portman.
