While watching the new season of The Office it feels like they have just said, “fuck it, let's see what we can get away with”. While watching the new episodes I like to picture the writers and producers sitting in a room saying, "this week we are going to do this, there is no way people will buy this". Imagining that scene makes the absurdity of the show hilarious to me. I am able to watch them get away with it, and not just get away with it, but get away with it on a primetime network show in a Must See TV time slot.
